Please note that we do not collect any payment information. All payment data is processed by authorised third party payment service providers.

How Collection Privée uses your personal data ? 

Customer Service

We may process your personal data for the purpose of providing you with personal and personalised services when you contact our customer service department.

Our customer service team may process your personal data if you contact them. Your calls to the customer service team may be recorded, in which case you will be informed of the recording in advance. We may link the personal data collected by the customer service team with other personal data, such as your purchase history, enabling us to provide you with the most efficient and personalised service possible.

Your personal data may also be processed for warranty-related activities, such as warranty activation, warranty claims and the registration of additional warranties for certain items.

Orders

If you have ordered products or services from one of our online shops, we may process your personal data for the purpose of processing your order(s).

Payment details are not stored in our systems. Instead, payment data is provided by you directly to our third party payment service providers.

Orders for products will only be accepted by us if the consumer is 18 years of age or older. Therefore, we do not seek to collect personal data from children.
